Am with Orange and have had 4 yes 4 of these phones in 2 weeks they all do the same thing "crash when making a call".The GPs system has never worked on any of them. Now i know there is a problem with Orange and Nokia phones but this is a joke my replacement lasted 1 day before it started to switch off again.

I Have got a N95 on Orange and the GPS does not work. Anyone else had this problem. Called Orange but they seem to be clueless about this function and advised me to call Nokia.

Kosso
Seems a shame. Like you I have been with Orange since near the beginning lured there by promises of new wave mobile thinking and a free year unlimited cinema pass. I have the 0973 number still albeit with the 7 in-front. About 3 years ago I was getting frustrated with Orange and Nokia. Orange for not bringing out the new phones promptly like O2 and Vodafone and Nokia for constantly producing phones that appeared to crash. I switched to O2 to get the SE P910 and have never looked back since. I still miss some features of Orange eg 2 lines, VM symbol, handset conference call, but at the end of the day what matters to me and has kept me at O2 is the coverage and resilience of the calls. Now if I was a coverage snob I would switch to Vodafone but I refuse on the basis that they tend to upload their own branded firmware which inludes very dull icons (not the usual manufacturer icons) and replace an important soft menu button with vodafone live!!.

Good luck on the hunt for your Nokia and let me know if you stick with Orange.
